人微言轻的典故

春秋末期，齐国田完的后代穰苴因是婢妾所生而不被重用，在齐国受到晋国和燕国的侵略时，晏婴推荐穰苴给齐景公，被派去抵御晋军。他人微言轻，齐景公给他配了个权臣当监军。穰苴杀了这个傲慢的监军树立军威，收复了很多失地，战后被封为大司马。
