同心同德的典故

商纣王宠信妲己，过着酒池肉林的生活，谁要敢反对他，就会被挖心或受火烙之刑。老百姓被逼得活不下去了。周武王决定讨伐他，在盟津会师各路诸侯，举行了誓师大会。武王说：“将士们，请听我说！善良的人做善事，只怕时间不够用。凶恶的人行起恶来，也怕时间不够用。现在商纣王荒淫无道，把大臣当成贼人，把朋友当成仇敌。说自己代表天，作恶多端却无所畏惧。老百姓只能祈求上天让自己远离他。从前夏桀很强大，但是倒行逆施，上天就派成汤来将他流放。今天他们虽然有千万人，但是离心离德，我们虽然只有十个人，但是同心同德，上天一定会看见百姓的心愿、一定会听到百姓的声音。请让我们为老百姓讨伐他，请让我们把成汤的事业发扬光大。”

武王的军队势如破竹，在牧野打败了强大的商朝军队，商纣王自杀，商朝灭亡了。
