（1000—1064）韶州曲江人，初名希古，字安道。仁宗天圣二年进士。累迁集贤校理，以谏罢范仲淹事被贬监筠州酒税。庆历中为右正言，支持新政。使契丹，还任知制诰、史馆修撰。再使契丹，以习契丹语被责，复遭茹孝标中伤，遂弃官返乡。皇祐四年起知桂州，经制广南东西路贼盗。寻又助狄青平定侬智高，留广西处置善后事宜。加集贤院学士，徙潭、青州。嘉祐间交阯进扰，任广西体量安抚使。后以尚书左丞知广州。有《武溪集》。
