李昴英（1200—1257），字俊明，号文溪。广东番禺人。南宋名臣。早年受业崔与之门下，主修《春秋》。南宋宝庆二年（1226），李昴英上京会试，成广东科举考试的第一位探花，后任福建汀州推官。端平三年（1236）后，曾任太学博士，直秘阁知赣州等职。淳祐元年（1241）被丞相杜范荐任为吏部郎官。淳祐二年（1242），任太宗正卿兼国史馆编修，后又升任为龙图阁待制，吏部侍郎，封以番禺开国男爵位。宝佑五年（1257），在广州病逝。著有《文溪集》、《文溪词》等多卷。
