朱南杰，宋诗人。丹徒（今属江苏）人。理宗嘉熙二年（一二三八年）进士（明万历《丹徒县志》卷三）。淳祐六年（一二四六年）为海盐澉浦监酒。官满，摄华亭事。开庆元年（一二五九年）知溧水县，次年，改知清流县（《景定建康志》卷二七）。其诗多叙事理，质朴无文。有《学吟》一卷。事见集中有关诗。
