卓哉蒋刺史，判澎已十年。视民如孙曾，呼之即来前。
心伤澎民苦，双睫涕泪涟。死者赙以槥，病者医以钱。
廉俸无多入，心馀力苦绵。尔民共见知，长官亦可怜。
台阳各大吏，闻报心忧煎。筹款拨拯济，隔海目悬悬。
使者自厦来，两地相周旋。薯丝十万石，计可尔命全。
乃知社义仓，良法本前贤。苟无义仓钱，旦夕胡能延。
当日劝输将，吝者犹戋戋。今既解此意，乐岁共勉旃。
行当白大府，设法谋所先。仓实议增贮，贡税议暂蠲。
一以抒民力，一以扶民颠。
