（1785—1853）安徽桐城人，字石甫，一字明叔，号展和，晚号幸翁。嘉庆十三年进士。鸦片战争期间为台湾道，与达洪阿设计击退英军。战后以“冒功欺罔”贬官四川。咸丰初复起用，赴广西镇压太平天国起义。官终湖南按察使。师事从祖姚鼐，工诗，文章善陈时事利害。鸦片战失败后，寻求御侮之策，著《康輶纪行》、揭英侵藏野心，欲使朝廷戒备。有《中复堂全集》。
