昔闻延陵子，挂剑吊荒垒。今闻摩登氏，投枪泣寒汀。
感逝犹常轨，游侠斯奇型。至仁参造化，物我无畛町。
郊原弭狝薙，世界销甲兵。爰以风人旨，译此投枪行。
潋滟鹿湖水，六丈深且莹。有枪沉其底，往事感生平。
投枪缘何事，仁义所驱成。流光三十载，回忆心犹怦。
其时有牝鹿，就湖饮清泠。吾枪既燄发，鹿蹶不能行。
既蹶复奋起，步趾苦伶仃。吾心骄且喜，趋前视所赢。
始知为鹿母，舐雏如抚婴。雏鹿骤矢母，弱体尤震惊。
谁无母子爱，云何施缴矰。吾魂如着魇，羞愧相交萦。
又如人以指，直指吾心坑。指我复鄙我，刺痛如棘荆。
陷吾于不义，此枪实囗惩。以枪投湖水，雪浪相翻腾。
长跪向湖畔，申誓兼涕零。我永不食肉，我永不戕生。
湖滨葬鹿母，搏土筑孤坪。回身取雏鹿，偎拥哀且矜。
抱鹿独归去，日暮凄长征。一勺碧湖水，悠悠万古情。

吕碧城（1883年？月？日～1943年1月24日），一名兰清，字遁夫，号明因、宝莲居士。女权运动的首倡者之一，中国女子教育的先驱，中国第一位动物保护主义者，中国新闻史上第一位女编辑，中国第一位女性撰稿人，并开创近代教育史上女子执掌校政先例的民国奇才女。她被赞为“近三百年来最后一位女词人”、与秋瑾被称为“女子双侠” ，诗人、政论家、社会活动家、资本家。20世纪头一二十年间，中国文坛、女界以至整个社交界，曾有过“绛帷独拥人争羡，到处咸推吕碧城”的一大景观。
