（1100—1176）秀州嘉兴人，徙居海盐，字季钦，号冷斋。高宗绍兴五年进士。为馀杭主簿。累迁福建路提点刑狱公事。力学强记，刻意古文，喜论天下事。曾廷对述安危、治乱、边防形势甚备。又两上万言书，极陈利病。历官务行所学，轻财重义。有《杜诗注》、《杜工部诗年谱》、《蒙溪已矣集》等。
