[约公元一一六九年前后在世]字不详，本扬州人，后寓居海盐，李正民之子。生卒年均不详，约宋孝宗乾道中前后在世。工诗。历知温州、藤州。其馀事迹均不详。洪著有文集二十卷，今仅存芸庵类稿六卷，《四库总目》不及十之三四。其诗时露警秀，七律尤工。
