（1445—1499）明徽州府休宁人，字克勤。程信子。成化二年进士。授编修，历左谕德，以学问该博著称。弘治中官至礼部右侍郎兼侍读学士。见唐寅乡试卷，激赏之。十二年，主持会试，以试题外泄，被劾为通关节于唐寅等，下狱。寻勒致仕卒。有《新安文献志》、《明文衡》、《篁墩集》。
