徐积（1028—1103）北宋聋人教官。字仲车，楚州山阳（今江苏淮安）人。因晚年居楚州南门外，故自号南郭翁。生于宋仁宗天圣六年，卒于徽宗崇宁二年，年七十六岁。政和六年（1116），赐谥节孝处士。家乡人为其建 “徐节孝祠”，明清两代均有修缮，毁于解放初期。《宋史》卷四五九有传。
