陈梁类朱陈，姻谱世相联。兴替固靡常，瓜瓞仍绵绵。
君年未志学，尊翁相弃捐。是时丧乱馀，兼以饥馑连。
赀业悉破荡，骨肉俱不全。有母暨弱弟，败屋八九椽。
自知读父书，寒饥理残编。闭门瓮牖下，积勤逾十年。
圣朝盛文治，学校在所先。君以科第家，备此弟子员。
先生大惊讶，府尹深爱怜。道学愈切磋，文词益精研。
洪武十七载，诏书兴群贤。君行应乡贡，经义试七篇。
末场策五道，剖析如河悬。誇多置后列，有司殆不偏。
君谓非取荣，兹事吾青毡。明当赴春官，沥胆陈陛前。
亲交饯行迈，笾豆秩初筵。酒酣各赠言，珠玉挥青笺。
上堂拜慈母，綵服何翩翩。有弟奉甘旨，离恨毋足牵。
君家世显宦，朱紫相摩肩。推官曾太父，忠厚乡邑传。
谓君必抗宗，果若数计然。才器既匪凡，志操亦甚坚。
任职无崇卑，所贵不愧天。思罔坠厥绪，夙夜尚慎旃。
吾妻乃令姊，于弟友爱专。小儿为君甥，庸愚赖陶甄。
余以奇蹇中，务农居园田。苟或荣高足，吾子先著鞭。
相期更远大，能不罄所宣。
