（?—约1582）广东南海人，字少南。嘉靖三十二年进士。授乐平知县，擢御史，出按河南、浙江等地，搏击豪强，吏民震慑。嘉靖四十四年，在浙江推行一条鞭法，为一条鞭法之始。隆庆元年，迁大理右寺丞。次年，擢右佥都御史，兼领九边屯务。诸御史督盐政者以事权被夺，起而攻之，斥为民。万历四年起故官巡抚福建，拜左副都御史。忤张居正罢归，家居四年卒，谥惠敏。有《百可亭摘稿》。
