南朝陈清河东武城人，字见赜。好学有清才。梁武帝太清初，射策高第，除邵陵王国左常侍。元帝立，迁彭泽令。入陈，累迁通直散骑侍郎。宣帝太建中卒，年四十九。善五言诗。明人辑有《张散骑集》。
