卢宁（一五○三—一五六一），字忠献，别号冠岩。南海人。博学而工文，尝受业于黄佐，而以不得及阳明之门为憾。明世宗嘉靖十九年（一五四○）举人，二十三年（一五四四）进士。授昆山知县，旋移知赣州兴国县事。二十九年擢守潼川。三十三年迁南京户部员外郎，寻改刑部，后为南京刑部郎中。三十八年升登州知府，卒于官。著有《五鹊台集》、《五鹊别集》等。卢宁诗，以明嘉靖三十八年刘珙重刻本《五鹊别集》为底本纂辑。
