[约公元一一七三年前后在世]字季克，建阳人。生卒年均不详，约宋孝宗乾道末前后在世。从张栻、朱熹讲学。工汉隶。父吕祉，绍兴七年(1147)于淮西兵变死后，敕葬于邵武，胜己因家焉。从朱熹讲学。仕为湖南干官，历江州通判，知杭州。淳熙八年辛丑(1181)，知沅州，坐事放罢。罢官后至长沙，有《满江红·辛丑年假守沅州蒙恩贬罢归次长沙道中作》词。官至朝请大夫。
