张炜（一○九四～？），字子昭，杭（今浙江杭州）人（《江湖后集》卷一○）。而《绍兴十八年同年小录》作张伟，字书言，本贯秀州华亭（今上海松江），高宗绍兴十八年（一一四八）进士，时年五十四。仕历不详。《江湖后集》收有《芝田小诗》一卷。 张炜诗，以影印文渊阁《四库全书·江湖后集》为底本，校以清光绪嘉惠堂刊《武林往哲遗著·芝田小诗》（简称光绪本）。与新辑集外诗合编为一卷。
