何应龙，字子翔，号橘潭，钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。生平事迹不详，与陈允平有交（《西麓诗稿·别何橘潭》诗）。著作已佚，仅《南宋六十家小集》中存《橘潭诗稿》一卷。事见本集。 何应龙诗，以汲古阁影宋抄《南宋六十家小集》本为底本，新辑集外诗附于卷末。
