张问陶(1764—1814) ，清代杰出诗人、诗论家，著名书画家。字仲冶，一字柳门。因善画猿，亦自号“蜀山老猿”。嘉庆十九年（1814）三月初四日，病卒于苏州寓所。其生平事迹见《清史稿》卷四八五《文苑》、《清史列传》卷七二《文苑传三》、胡传淮著《张问陶年谱》、《张船山书画年谱》等文献。张问陶著有《船山诗草》，存诗3500余首。其诗天才横溢，价重鸡林，与袁枚、赵翼合称清代“性灵派三大家”，被誉为“青莲再世”、“少陵复出”、清代“蜀中诗人之冠”，也是元明清巴蜀第一大诗人。
