仙经何物堪却老，较功无如太阳草。龙衔鸡衔名虽异，菟公羊公事可考。
苏君真是神仙裔，橘井阴功贯穹昊。云笈书成数万言，银关珠宫用心早。
独知此物有奇效，福地名山为储宝。不惮林泉新斸掘，斥去杵臼谢饰捣。
况从高士论麴糜，更课公田收秫稻。一朝灵液浮瓮盎，三冬浩气生襟抱。
且欣软饱得浇肠，漫说逆流工补脑。眼碧那忧散黑花，发白故应还翠葆。
贾傅只嫌松醥陋，刘堕敢誇桑落好。直须五斗论解酲，宁待三柸乃通道。
谁知万里落旄人，亦许匏尊自倾倒。为君唤回雪窖春，八载羁愁供一扫。
曼倩宜分此日桃，安期莫诧他年枣。何烦更采石斛花，巳觉容颜不枯槁。
根连石室喜入梦，句拟桐溪愧摛藻。平生我亦爱书扎，朱髓绿肠勤探讨。
幸君汲引成此志，鹤驾骎骎望仙岛。吞腥啄腐非夙心，岁晚兹言良可保。

朱弁（biàn）（1085～1144）南宋官员、文学家。字少章，号观如居士。婺源（今属江西）人，朱熹叔祖，太学生出身。建炎元年自荐为通问副使赴金，为金所拘，不肯屈服，拘留十六年始得放归。曾劝宋高宗恢复中原，得罪秦桧，官终奉议郎。他在留金期间写下了不少怀念故国的诗作，深切婉转，是南宋初期的重要诗人。有《曲洧旧闻》、《风月堂诗话》等传世。
