元明间徽州歙县人，字彦昭。元时，官至海北廉访司副使。后寓居福州怀安，买田建义学，以教育后进。又立白苗、阳岐二渡，买田供舟子生计，人称郑公渡。入明，起为宝应县主簿，迁潞州同知。有《樗庵类稿》。
