（约1486—1541或1544）明广东南海人，初名献科，字叔贤，号西樵。弘治十八年进士。正德中授礼部主事，调吏部员外郎，旋从王守仁问学，谢病归西樵山中，读书十年。嘉靖初还朝，以议大礼称帝意，骤进少詹事。累官吏部尚书武英殿大学士，入阁辅政。持论和平，而舆论视为奸邪，连被劾。又见帝恩威不测，三疏引疾归。有《周易传义约说》、《西樵遗稿》。
