姜特立[公元？年至一一九二年左右]，字邦杰，浙江丽水人。生年不详，卒于宋光宗绍熙中。以父恩补承信郎。淳熙中，（公元一一八一年左右）累迁福建兵马副都监；擒海贼姜大獠。赵汝愚荐于朝，召见，献诗百篇。除阁门舍人，充太子宫左右春坊。太子即位，除知阁门事。恃恩纵恣，遂夺职。帝颇念旧，复除浙东马步军副总管。宁宗时，官终庆远军节度使。特立工于诗，意境超旷。作有《梅山稿》六卷，续稿十五卷，《直斋书录解题》行于世。
