渡南已四叶，继统属济王。祀国支圯柱，前星掩寒芒。
帏妍肇牝晨，奴谋肆鸱张。两潘为义激，不顾百口戕。
起以奉其主，近在苕水阳。天津斡斗杓，海底洗日光。
人非霍狄俦，谁是涉险航？闻其被戮时，母老两鬓霜。
吐辞语观者，令人殊激昂。吾见宋忠臣，虽死犹不亡。
至今草间燐，荧荧出幽房。北城鸿禧寺，栋宇自萧梁。
两潘举义日，俾众听钟撞。哀哉城门火，遽遗池鱼殃。
遂指寺逆地，潴宫示非常。田断饭僧粥，炉冷供佛香。
金像久颓剥，青苔重悲凉。仰惧枅栱坠，俯叹榛莽长。
残僧四五人，饥用篾束肠。敬也业尤白，宴坐不下堂。
家本蜀杨氏，能言寺之详。补苴罄衣钵，创巨医难良。
更今百廿年，我来重彷徨。潘忠世莫雪，寺废人弗伤。
天高莫之诉，题诗空慨慷。
