（约公元一一六二年前后在世）生卒年均不详，约宋高宗绍兴末前后在世。绍兴进士。试中教官。入为太府丞，轮对论京西湖南北户及士大夫风俗，高宗嘉纳。提举广西市舶，以亲老求便郡，知衡州，盗望风帖息。擢潼川路转运使，盐酒虚额，久为民害，深请蠲除之。守令贪污，即劾奏。虞允文贻书，称其“不畏强御，思济斯民，挺然之操，未见近比。”后以朝散大夫致仕。爱居东湖之胜，筑室曰明秀，终老其中。深著有文集十卷，今存二卷，《四库总目》传于世。
