卓田，[公元一二o三 年前后在世]字稼翁，号西山，建阳人。开禧元年（1205）进士。生卒年均不详，约宋宁宗嘉泰中前后在世。生平事迹不详。能小词，能赋驰声。尝作词云：“丈夫只手把吴钩。欲断万人头。因何铁石，打成心性，却为花柔。君看项籍并刘季，一怒使人愁。只因撞着虞姬、戚氏，豪杰都休。”存于《花庵词选》的凡三首。
