公元一〇三三年至一一一〇五年，字子骏，钱塘人。生于宋仁宗明道二年，卒于徽宗崇宁四年，年七十三岁。工诗文。皇祐五年（公元一0五三年）进士，除知袁州萍乡系。历福建转连判官，主客郎中。出为变路提刑。建中靖国初，（公元一一〇一年）除知明州丐宫祠，以左朝议大夫提举洞霄宫，卒。骧著有文集十八卷，赋二十卷，均《宋史艺文志》并传于世。
