潇湘山水穷欲偏，最后乃得禅僧岩。禅僧成道久已化，独有崖崿青巉巉。
降身入洞不甚险，突兀三室谁彫劖。东西有道若蛇窦，白云羃羃门无缄。
持火旁行不知际，七穿八窍遥相衔。涓涓乳泉白如雪，由来此地殊仙凡。
主人引我复深入，行指岰穴尤嵌岩。中间石鼓有异响，击拊想可参韶咸。
吾身久病苦下湿，复畏神怪来邀搀。直趣出洞上南巘，豁若巨海张云帆。
山花斓斑出竹杪，亦有禽鸟声諵諵。欲还未可复小驻，日脚已过东冈杉。

沈辽(1032—1085)，字睿达，宋钱塘(今余杭)人。沈遘的弟弟，《梦溪笔谈》作者沈括的同族兄弟。自幼嗜读《左传》、《汉书》，曾巩、苏轼、黄庭坚常与之唱和，王安石、曾布皆习其笔法。本无意于功名，王安石曾有“风流谢安石，潇洒陶渊明”之称。后由三司使吴充举荐，负责监内藏库。
