堪嗟世上金丹客，万别千差殊不一。执象泥文胡作为，摘叶寻枝徒费力！
采日精，吸月华，含光服气及吞霞。敛身俯仰为多事，转睛捏目起空花。
炼稠唾，咽津液，指捏尾闾并夹脊。注想存思观鼻端，翻沧到海食便溺。
守寂淡，落顽空，兀兀腾腾做奔功。更有按摩并数息，总与金丹理不同。
八段锦，六字气，闭谷休粮事何济。执着三峰学采阴，九浅一深为进退。
扰腰兜肾守生门，屈伸导引弄精魂。对炉食乳强兵法，个样家风不足论。
更有缩龟并闭息，熊伸鸟引虚劳役。摩腰居士腹中温，行气先生面上赤。
擎天鼓，抱昆仑，叩齿集神视顶门。虚响认为雄虎啸，肚鸣道是牝龙吟。
烧丹田，调煮海，昼夜不眠苦打睚。单衣赤脚受煎熬，前生欠少饥寒债。
常持不语谩徒然，默朝上帝怎升迁？呵手提囊真九伯，摩娑小便更狂颠。
弄金枪，提金井，美貌妇人为药鼎。采她精血唤真铅，丧失元和犹不省。
有等葛藤口头禅，斗唇合舌逞能言。指空话空干打哄，竖拳竖指不知原。
提话头，并观法，捷辩机峰喧霅霅。拈槌竖拂接门徒，瞬目扬眉为打发。
参公案，为单提，真个高僧必不然。理路多通为智慧，明心见性待驴年。
道儒僧，休执着，返照回光自忖度。忽然摸着鼻孔尖，始信从前都是错。
学仙辈，绝谈论，受气之初穷本根。有相有求俱莫立，无形无象更休亲。
心非火，肾非水，凡精不可云天癸。黄婆元不在乎脾，玄牝亦休言口鼻。
卯非兔，酉非鸡，子非坎兮午非离。一阳不在初三四，持盈何执月圆时。
肝非龙，肺非虎，精华焉得为丹母。五行元只一阴阳，四象不离二玄牝。
采药川源未易知，汞产东方铅产西。离位日魂为姹女，坎宫月魄是婴儿。
为无为，学不学，缘觉声闻都倚阁。我今一句全露机，身心是火也是药。
身心定，玄教通，精气神虚自混融。三百日胎神脱蜕，翻身拶碎太虚空。

李道纯 ，湖南都梁（武冈）人，宋末元初著名道士。字元素，号清庵，别号“莹蟾子”。精于内丹学。李道纯博学多才，他的内丹理论兼容并包，系统非常完整。其师王金蟾为道教丹功南宗白玉蟾之弟子。李道纯融合内丹道派南北二宗。其内丹理论以“守中”为要诀。 故后人称其为内丹学中的中派。
