（?—约170）东汉涿郡安平人，字子真，一名台，字元始。崔瑗子。少沉静，好典籍。桓帝时拜议郎，与边韶等著作东观。出为五原太守，教民纺织，巩固边防，匈奴不敢犯。征拜议郎，与诸儒博士共杂定《五经》。旋以为梁冀故吏，免官。后起为辽东太守，召拜尚书，称疾免归。著《政论》，抨击时政；又著《四民月令》，记当时地主田庄情况及各种农作物种植方法。均佚，有辑本。
