（1554—1607）明常州府无锡人，字季时，号泾凡。顾宪成弟。性耿介，厉名节。万历十四年赴殿试，对策中语侵郑妃，置末第。房寰疏诋海瑞，允成不胜愤，偕同年生抗疏劾之，忤旨坐废。久之，以荐诏许以教授用，历官礼部主事。时三王并封，偕同官合疏谏，不报。后以疏劾阁臣张位，谪光州判官，乞假归，与宪成讲学东林，不复出。有《小辨斋偶存》。
