（约1514—约1605）明山东海丰人，字伯谦，号梦山。嘉靖二十六年进士。除武进知县，擢兵科给事中，以忤吏部，出为山西佥事。隆庆时为右副都御史，巡抚山西，减驿银，筑城堡。乞养去。万历间历户部、工部、吏部尚书。时申时行当国，巍素厉清操，然已年老，多听其指挥。万历十五年大计，徇时行指，贤否混淆，素望大损。十八年，年近八十致仕归，归田十五年卒。工诗，有《存家诗稿》。
