常燕生（1898-1947）是中国青年党首领之一，他是一位思想家、政治家、社会活动家、历史学家和哲学家等。山西榆次人。1920年毕业于北方高等师范。1925年加入青年党。历任青年党中央执行委员兼宣传部部长、青年党中央常务委员兼文化运动委员会主任委员、国民政府行政院政务委员、国民政府委员等。1947年7月26日在四川病逝。著有《常燕生诗词集》。
