邓潜，生卒年月不详。广州城北三家店打石行业工人，绰号“打石邓”，客家人。道光二十一年四月，当英国侵略军进犯到三家店时，邓潜带领附近的打石工人以石锤、铁棍为武器，截击窜入三家店的英军，与三元里的农民并肩作战。“他们地形熟，又勇敢，又灵敏，神出鬼没地给了英军很大的打击。”
