吕定，字仲安，新昌（今属浙江）人。由诚曾孙。孝宗朝以功迁从义郎，累官殿前都指挥使、龙虎上将军。《两宋名贤小集》卷三六五存《说剑集》一卷。明万历《新昌县志》卷一一有传。 吕定诗，以影印文渊阁《四库全书》本《两宋名贤小集》为底本，参校《宋诗钞补·仲安集钞》。
