（?—1072）宋湖州乌程人，字令举，号白牛居士。仁宗庆历六年进士。嘉祐四年复举制科第一。官著作佐郎。神宗熙宁三年，以屯田员外郎知山阴县。反对“青苗法”，疏谓其法乃“别为一赋以敝海内，非王道之举”，责监南康军盐酒税。有《都官集》等。
