陶益（一五二○？—一六○○？），字允谦，号练江居士、江门迂客。其祖本为郁林人，附籍新会。明世宗嘉靖三十五年（一五五六）以明经授江西永新训导。读书博学强记，精易通理。尝日集诸生，讲白沙之学于明伦堂；又构樾墩书屋，读书其中。抚按交荐，以目疾辞归，年八十卒。著有《练江子樾墩集》。清顾嗣协《冈州遗稿》卷五、清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷二一有传。
