区大枢，字用环，一字元宰。高明人。益长子。明神宗万历元年（一五七三）举人。谒选得郡丞，不就。晚年令安远，转岳州通判。数月卒于官。有《振雅堂》、《廉江》、《岳阳》稿。清道光《广东通志》卷二九七、清光绪《高明县志》卷一三有传。
