我生少小客幽燕，太行恒岳思跻巅。今来故乡览山水，江花江鸟相新鲜。
却恨沧桑经世乱，山水犹存风景换。浮远亭空起暮烟，秦望峰青迷古观。
望气郁郁复苍苍，江岸巉岩江水长。不信此中竟寂寞，百年人物成天荒。
君不见，鹅鼻湾前怒涛怒，天险金汤国恃固。莫使千秋吊古人，徒向江头眺云树。

宇闰枝，晚号闰庵。出身书香世家。光绪壬午举人，壬辰进士，翰林院编修。戊戌、癸卯两充会试同考官，庚子、辛丑简任四川、广东乡试副主考。丁末，出任浙江湖州知府。民国初，夏应聘入都，纂修清史稿。徐世昌辑清儒学案、晚晴簃诗汇，夏孙桐曾主其事。夏是近代著名词人，著有悔龛词。诗作有观所尚斋诗存。享年八十五岁（一八五七—一九四二）。
