邓肃（1091～1132），字志宏，南剑沙县（今属福建）人。生于宋哲宗元祐六年，卒于宋高宗绍兴二年，年四十二岁。少警敏能文，善谈论。会李纲罢相，上疏争之，干执政怒，罢归居家，绍兴二年（1132年）五月，携母避寇福唐（今福清），五月初九病逝，年仅41岁，归葬于邓墩。肃著有《栟榈集》三十卷，《挥尘后录》传于世。《闽沙邓氏族谱》载：邓肃，字志宏，父祖谷，长子邓普，字寰宇，次子邓慈。
