（？~约795），常州义兴（今江苏宜兴南）人。蒋冽之弟。玄宗朝登进士第，历官吏部员外郎、郎中。天宝末，官给事中。安史乱起，陷贼，受伪职。永泰初，历鸿胪卿、右散骑常侍，迁工部侍郎。大历三年，转尚书左丞，出为华州刺史、镇国军潼关防御使。七年，检校礼部尚书、东都留守，知大历八、九、十年东都贡举，卒。《全唐诗》存诗五首。
