曹修古(?—1033），字述之，建州建安（今福建建瓯）人。宋大中祥符元年(1008年)进士。天圣五年(1027年)，修古出任歙州知府，不久调任南剑州，以后复任开封府判官，调殿中侍御史。在这期间，章太后涉预朝政，秉权力处事。太后侄子刘崇德从相州调回时，在途中死亡，太后对他的内外姻戚及僮仆等80余人都予录用。修古和殿中同官杨偕等上奏章写论文，并请太后交还政权，因而被降职为工部员外郎，知兴化军。后遇赦复官，还未及回京都，病死在兴化军中。
