卢藏用（约664 - 约713），字子潜，唐代诗人，幽州范阳（今河北涿州市）人。少以文辞才学著称，举进士，不得调，与兄征明偕隐终南山。长安(701-704年)中召授左拾遗，神龙中，为礼部侍郎，兼昭文馆学士。以托附太平公主，流放岭南。与陈子昂友善，曾编辑《陈伯玉文集》赞子昂“卓立千古，横制颓波，天下翕然，质文一变”。是陈子昂诗文变革的积极支持者。能属文，工草隶、大小篆、八分。书则幼尚孙（过庭）草，晚师逸少（王羲之），八分有规矩之法。有文集三十卷，《全唐诗》录存其诗八首。《唐书本传、书断》
