滕倪，唐宪宗时阆中人。《全唐诗话》云：“倪苦心为诗，嘉声早播。”往江西吉州谒太守宗人迈，还蜀应秋试，卒于商于旅舍。仅存诗一首。《云溪友议》载倪诗有佳句“的发不能容相国，也同闲客满头生”。及题鹭鸶障子：“映水不深意，见人无惧心”。同时杜牧亦有句：“公道世间唯白发，贵人头上不曾饶”，泛指贵人，不如倪之极言相国为尤佳。
