李程 ，（公元七六五年左右至八四一年左右）字表臣，陇西人。约生于唐代宗永泰中，约卒于武宗会昌初，年七十七岁。贞元十二年（公元七九六年）进士，累辟使府，为监察御史，充翰林学士。举士入署，常视日影为候，程性懒，日过八砖乃至，时号八砖学士。元和中，知制诰，拜礼部侍郎。敬宗即位，以吏部侍郎同平章事。后罢为河东节度使。武宗立，为东都留守。卒，谥曰缪。程著有表状一卷，《新唐书艺文志》传于世。
