李光（1078年12月16日[1] —1159年4月22日），字泰发，一作字泰定，号转物老人。越州上虞（今浙江上虞东南）人。南宋名臣、文学家、词人，南宋四名臣之一，唐汝阳王李琎之后。徽宗崇宁五年（1106年）进士，调知开化县，移知常熟县。累官至参知政事，因与秦桧不合，出知绍兴府，改提举洞霄宫。绍兴十一年（1141年），贬藤州安置，后更贬至昌化军。秦桧死，内迁郴州。绍兴二十八年（1158年），复左朝奉大夫。绍兴二十九年（1159年），致仕，行至江州卒，年八十二。宋孝宗即位后，赠资政殿学士，赐谥庄简。有前后集三十卷，已佚。又有《椒亭小集》、《庄简集》等。
