在寒士右。惜乎流离顿挫无以见于事业，身闲胜日，独对名酒，悠然得意，引满径醉。醉中出豪爽语，往往冰雪逼人，翰墨淋漓，殆与海岳并驱争先。虽其平生风味，可以想见，然流离顿挫之助，乃不为不多。东坡先生云，士践忧患，焉知非福，浩然有焉。老子于此，所谓兴复不浅者，闻其风而悦之。念方问舍於萧闲，阴求老伴，若加以数年，得相从乎林影水光之间，信足了此一生，犹恐君之嫌俗客也，作水调歌曲以访之云间贵公子，玉骨秀横秋。十年流落冰雪，香紫貂裘。灯火春城咫尺，晓梦梅花消息，茧纸写银钩。老矣黄尘眼，如对白苹洲。世间物，唯有酒，可忘忧。萧闲一段归计，佳处著君侯。翠竹江村月上，但要纶巾鹤氅，来往亦风流。醉墨蔷薇露，洒遍酒家楼。

蔡松年（1107～1159）字伯坚，因家乡别墅有萧闲堂，故自号萧闲老人。真定（今河北正定）人，金代文学家。宋宣和末从父守燕山，宋军败绩随父降金，天会年间授真定府判官。完颜宗弼攻宋，与岳飞等交战时，蔡松年曾为宗弼“兼总军中六部事”，仕至右丞相，封卫国公，卒谥“文简”。松年虽一生官运亨通，其作品在出处问题上却流露了颇为矛盾的思想感情。内心深处潜伏着的民族意识使他感到“身宠神已辱”，作品风格隽爽清丽，词作尤负盛名，与吴激齐名，时称“吴蔡体”，有文集《明秀集》传世。
