李祁（约公元1114年前后在世）字萧远（一作肃远），生卒年不祥，约宋徽宗 政和中前后在世。雍丘（今河南杞县）人，少有诗名。宣和间，责监汉阳酒税。与王俊义首建正论。官至尚书郎。《乐府雅词》卷下载其词十四首。李祁的词作语言清俊婉朴，意境超逸。《南歌子》写一片寂寥秋色里词人在岳阳楼上听哀筝，眼前只见江月凄凉，败叶萧萧，更有秋风袅袅，雾雨迷蒙，真是一派悲气弥漫，袭人心扉。
