许有壬(1286～1364) 元代文学家。字可用，彰（zhang）德汤阴（今属河南）人。延祐二年(1315)进士及第，授同知辽州事。后来官中书左司员外郎时，京城外发生饥荒，他从"民，本也"的思想出发，主张放赈（chen 四声）救济。河南农民军起，他建议备御之策十五件。又任集贤大学士，不久改枢密副使，又拜中书左丞。他看到元朝将士贪掠人口玉帛而无斗志，就主张对起义农民实行招降政策。
